Meredith graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2005 and a master’s degree in taxation in 2006. She then started her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young for four years. After Meredith left Ernst & Young, she worked for a family office for six years. Her role as a Tax Manager for the family office involved managing the probate and estate for a high-net-worth individual and preparing all tax returns and IRS correspondence during the 

estate audit. 

Meredith then transitioned to a Senior Tax Manager role with S. Lee Riffe, PC, who specializes in federal and state tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals. Here, she has experience working with industries such as real estate, consulting, professional services, manufacturing, oil & gas, wholesale and retail trade, and health care.

In addition to this comprehensive background in tax planning and compliance for individuals, Meredith’s experience includes tax planning for S-corporation and partnership returns, estate planning, trusts, and other business returns. She and her husband have three children and are very active in the Lake Highlands community.
